General terms and conditions Elevate Creative Virtual Assistance.

When you are or want to become our client and use our services, we like to do so with clear agreements. By purchasing Elevate’s services, you declare to accept these general terms and conditions and Elevate’s house rules and act accordingly.

Elevate:

“Elevate, Creative Virtual Assistance”, refers to a company that provides creative virtual assistance services to clients.

Elevate, Creative Virtual Assistance, is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 90291131 based in Leerdam.

Effective date:

The agreement commences on the first day on which you start using Elevate’s services.

1. RATES AND PAYMENT

1.1 Hourly rate
Our hourly rate is determined in accordance with the agreed rate between Elevate Creative Virtual Assistance and the client. Any changes in the hourly rate will be communicated to the client in writing with reasonable advance notice.

1.2 Billing
We invoice our clients monthly for services rendered. Invoices are sent at the end of each billing period and contain a detailed breakdown of the services provided, including hours worked at the agreed hourly rate.

1.3 Payment term
Payments must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the invoice. Failure to pay the invoice on time may result in suspension or termination of our services to the customer.

1.4 Communication
We are committed to open and honest communication with our customers. If there are any questions or concerns regarding our services or billing, we encourage customers to contact us immediately using the contact information provided on our website.

2. Termination of services

Both Elevate and the client have the right to terminate services at any time with at least 1 month’s written notice prior to the intended termination date. Any outstanding payments must be paid before termination of services.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, we retain the intellectual property of all creative works and materials produced during the provision of our services. The customer only acquires the right to use these materials within the scope of the agreement.

4. Privacy

Our privacy statement describes how we treat personal information we collect from customers. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information in accordance with our privacy statement.

5. Changes to the general terms and conditions

Elevate reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the customer in writing with reasonable advance notice.
